Cancellation Policy
Any appointment that is “no showed” (10 minute grace period and no contact) will be charged 100% of services scheduled. Any appointment cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment beginning will be charged 50% of the services scheduled. We do understand that things happen in life sometimes, all we ask is to please respect our time/business by giving a 24 hour notice of any missed appointments.
Any appointment that is rescheduled, then cancelled the day before/of will incur a 50% booking fee. (First reschedule is complimentary)
